An error occurred while saving the comment Chime QI commentedIf the answer is a fail all question, the agent/TL cannot dispute it because Playvox think it is correct (Total Points Achieved = Max Score). However like mentioned above, it is considered an error in the reports.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chime QI commentedAgree, it is currently tied to when Dispute was created (i.e. When Team Leads press the dispute button) and not when submitted.
