    While the roster has all the scheduling data, with a large team and many different tasks being scheduled, it can become difficult to consume that information. Adding different ways of consuming this information could help like:
    ● With all these being configurable, a user could potentially build their own dashboard with the various views they are interested in.

    Great news! We want to let you know that we've heard your feedback and have already begun the development to 'allow leave threshold to be defined in hours'. This functionality will allow more flexibility to agents and save management time with more requests in auto-approval.

    Enable setting leave thresholds and minimum staffing requirements by various criteria
    (currently only available at the leave calendar level), with multiple thresholds over
    overlapping groups (e.g. geos, teams, skill teams, etc.).

    I'd like to have the ability to create custom metrics in reporting using the existing metrics captured through the connector. e.g. phone time + email time = productive time

    Currently the only way to remove a user template from a user's profile is to go into each user profile to manually remove the user template.

    From my understanding in feedback I've received and the testing I did, you cannot re-import the user list with the User Template field blank to override and unassign them from any templates. The only other option to update a user template would be to update them into a different template via user import.

    Can we add a way to bulk remove user templates?

    Requesting the ability to apply a decision (approval, rejection, cancellation) on leave requests right at the activity stream dashboard, instead of just at leave management.

    The Activity Stream available on manager and agent dashboards in Playvox WFM will flag when there are new shift swaps, leave requests and rosters available. These flags can't be removed.

    It also doesn't record when notifications have been actioned.

    It would be nice to have a way to dismiss the new flags so I know when there a legitmately new items to review. I'd also like to be able to mark notifications as saved / completed and have them in a seperate view.

    Ability to add multiple tasks to an individual user at one time, and adding a bulk task to multiple users at one time.
