An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedWould like to be able to select multiple evaluations Statuses. For example, selecting both Completed and Scheduled. Each week we have both Scheduled and Completed scores because evaluations are scheduled to send 1x per week to Agents. Selecting both filters would allow us to view all scored interactions in a week.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedWould like for 1 role (e.g. supervisor) to be able to arbitrate an agent's dispute, then if the agent appeals, another role (e.g. admin) can review and submit final result. Or, if the 1st arbitrator agrees with the agent, they can send directly for further review to the 2nd level role.

This would also make updating QA averages per agent much quicker when completed evaluations is exported. Some workloads are separated by different interaction timeframes so it's important to be able to view which workloads are associated with which evaluations. If an evaluation is done outside of a workload, but should count towards it, we need to be able to view that substitution as part of it to properly calculate agent scores per time period.
