This would be helpful for tailoring frequency of score delivery based on performance tier (e.g. low performer receives daily, high bi-weekly, etc.).

If an Agent is deactivated during the current or previous week's workload assignments, we want to pull them from the assigned workload to prioritize scoring for active Agents. This would allow the Workload Reports to accurately reflect % of workload completion (by excluding those we're intentionally not evaluating).

Would like to be able to select multiple evaluations Statuses. For example, selecting both Completed and Scheduled. Each week we have both Scheduled and Completed scores because evaluations are scheduled to send 1x per week to Agents. Selecting both filters would allow us to view all scored interactions in a week.

I'd like the ability to exclude roles from Karma points so that super admins and supervisors aren’t included in Ranking.

Would like for 1 role (e.g. supervisor) to be able to arbitrate an agent's dispute, then if the agent appeals, another role (e.g. admin) can review and submit final result. Or, if the 1st arbitrator agrees with the agent, they can send directly for further review to the 2nd level role.

This would also make updating QA averages per agent much quicker when completed evaluations is exported. Some workloads are separated by different interaction timeframes so it's important to be able to view which workloads are associated with which evaluations. If an evaluation is done outside of a workload, but should count towards it, we need to be able to view that substitution as part of it to properly calculate agent scores per time period.
