An error occurred while saving the comment David Brogan commentedThis would be great to add this functionality, however, in order for this to benefit us, the dispute date should be the date the dispute was created and not the date the evaluation was created

An error occurred while saving the comment David Brogan commentedWe have a dispute resolution SLA with our Quality partners and due to the fact that disputes are dated with the date of the original evaluation date instead of the date the disputes were submitted, it makes it impossible to achieve this SLA. The dispute date should be the date it was created and not submitted to ensure accurate tracking

As per [Playvox Support], Ticket #12485, I would like to request new functionality for the review scorecards. There appears to be the option to set up a tooltip '?' when creating a Review scorecard, similar to the tooltip functionality for normal evaluation scorecards by the tooltip '?' doesn't appear to be in the UI design for review scorecards and I would like to request this be added as there is no other way to provide additional guidance to the user as they complete the review.
