Great news! We want to let you know that we've heard your feedback and have already begun the development to 'allow leave threshold to be defined in hours'. This functionality will allow more flexibility to agents and save management time with more requests in auto-approval.

The system currently does not have a means for users to configure a "Leave Allowance" for agents. As such we cannot display "Leave Allowance" data.
The only exception to this is if a customer is integrated with Bamboo or Workday, in which we do have the data, and display this in the Summary on the My Leave page. See the screenshot attached.
For non-HRIS integrated customers, we'd have to create a Leave Allowance or LeaveBalance feature, which a user would need to configure and align with their HRIS tool or policies.
Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding the idea. -

This will be looked into after we deliver the ability to set leave thresholds by hours.
