An error occurred while saving the comment Jessica Grambsch commentedTo add on to this, it would be very helpful to be able to sort by "Current Activities" or "Workload filter" so agents have the ability to see who is schedule for a current task at any given time.

Display what agent is logged into in Zendesk (with omnichannel) along side what they are logged into in Playvox.
