    This is really important for our team, having the ability to optimise a specific date, events and assigned tasks to cover shortfalls in coverage due to unplanned leave/activities.

    This will be a game changer for us because at the moment, we have to reject the leave if the agent has selected the wrong leave type so the agent receives the notification where we add comments and then we have to re-add the correct leave type. I would assume it will work similar to how we can edit leave dates when approving leave.
    We also have staff who pre-books leave 12 months in advance so sometimes they choose to change their leave type closer to taking leave where admins have to go in and cancel the leave and take note of what the dates are and re-add the new leave type ensuring we have the right dates originally requested. This then sends multiple notifications to agents which can be quiet confusing for them where leaves been rejected and then re-added.

    This seems to be a regular feedback I'm receiving from my team that it would be great to get a mobile friendly user interface to be able see their shifts, request leave being in a 24/7 environment.
