The ability to have customizable and share those reports to sets of people for team data as well as templates for individuals is critical.

Ideally, there would be a centralized audit log that can be filtered by action, date and time, actor, item actioned for all actions taken in the system.
At a minimum, our current needs are an audit log for workloads for the admin and be able to grant permission to see this log to other roles.

This is a significant issue when we have multiple people with the same name. Preferably as an email address rather than another numeric ID that needs to be cross-referenced elsewhere.

To add on top of scheduling events, there should be shortcuts for every page/interface.

To add on, would want to see rostered (schedule) against the actual, meaning the variance between them by value as well as percentage.

This would be beneficial to prioritize these tickets and have them consist of a percentage of their review. For example, 30% of the agent's interactions should have three+ comments, 30% should have two+ comments, and the rest other. If not able to meet the thresholds, then full with next highest priority of expectations.
