An error occurred while saving the comment Monica White commentedIdeally, there would be a centralized audit log that can be filtered by action, date and time, actor, item actioned for all actions taken in the system.
At a minimum, our current needs are an audit log for workloads for the admin and be able to grant permission to see this log to other roles.

This would be beneficial to prioritize these tickets and have them consist of a percentage of their review. For example, 30% of the agent's interactions should have three+ comments, 30% should have two+ comments, and the rest other. If not able to meet the thresholds, then full with next highest priority of expectations.
