We are seeking the capability to individually choose the Team Leads who should receive email notifications of new evaluations, rather than sending notifications to all Team Leaders. In our organization, not all users added as Team Leaders are engaged in specific operational tasks, such as evaluations. Currently, this indiscriminate distribution creates unnecessary noise and spam in some users' inboxes.
