Bulk adding shift templates to the profile update would be a big time saver

This would also help in cases where you attempt to create a profile for someone, but they already have a profile (Active or Deactivated)
This happens to me often. You create a profile, but after you save it, you cant find it. Because it already existed but was deactivated.
