    It would be really helpful for us to see the name of the shift.

    Our team members can't work all types of shift. They need to see the name of the shift (Economics/Maths/Chemistry etc) so know whether or not they have the skills to take on that shift.

    We can't lock it down to only those with the same skills being able to swap, because they need identical skills.

    Eg if I had a tutor with Economics skill, who has also been trained to work on Scholarships, they have Economics and Scholarships skill.

    Another Economics tutor has not been trained on Scholarships.
    But I would like that tutor to be able to take an Economics shift from the tutor with both skills.

    This would really help our team's efficiency and reduce the amount of manual work management are needing to do, and would also make things a lot easier for new team members.
