Hi. It is possible to schedule future changes to a users profile. This allows you to specify a future date that a change will be applied on - and this will be incorporated into future scheduling decisions, as well as being applied at the date / time specified.

Similar to the opt-in hours / additional hours option, there should be some type of voluntary time off allotments that associates can view and sign up for.
The goal would be playvox would auto approve first-come first-serve and apply the VTO leave to the slots / intervals the associates sign up for.
Similar to leave approvals, I think there should be some parameters that we can select when offering time off slots, such as "which roles can view" or "which shift templates?" etc. In order to ensure the time off is offered to the right shift or group and we can hide some groups we aren't ready to offer VTO to yet.
