Cloning shifts keeping the last modified shift template in shift details
On the Manage Roster screen, when we modify the shift template of a rostered shift and the we clone that shift, we must keep the last modified shift template in the copied shift.
Currently the original shift template is copied even if the roster has been saved after changing the shift template and before cloning the shift. Thus we need to change manually every shift template shift.

Filter MY TEAM ROSTER screen results
On the MY TEAM ROSTER screen, have the ability to filter each table date column by selecting one or more values or from A to Z or Z to A or. This will help leaders to easily identify users with a particular shift or leave type for a specific day, especially when you manage big teams. Also having at the bottom of the table an automatic count of non blank cells for each column updated following the selected filter.

Manage Roster Coverage Table Ability to Filter Out '0' Value
Ability to filter out the '0' value when reviewing the coverage needed across a day or week. This will speed up efficiency for real time looking to see where help may be needed.

Have check box to allow admin to check box to make comment visible to agents to see. Some may be more of internal comments for mgmt in the case of certain leave types

Group/Teams Shift Swap Rule Allow Ability to Give Up Shift (Offer Not Required)
Basically allow a one way shift in the shift swap rule configuration. By doing so would allow the business to be ok with having an imbalance for the workload task.
Workload task - set up a rule to allow certain tasks to be given up without an offer in return (i.e. I give up chat workload task which was the first two hours of my shift).

Improve Roster Filters - Who is not available
While the roster has all the scheduling data, with a large team and many different tasks being scheduled, it can become difficult to consume that information. Adding different ways of consuming this information could help like:

Publish Roster | Ability to type PUBLISH to notify it is the first publish
Ability to type PUBLISH to notify it is the first publish. You know how you have to type DELETE when you want to delete a Roster Period? Would love the same kind of thing on first roster publishes. We apparently cannot have a roster generated without publishing it on accident and it's causing a lot of manual work for us.

Ability to copy more than 1 day when copying and cloning shifts:
Copy 1 week to another week for example. Would be restricted to the current roster period

Add approved shift swap on the agent view
"As an agent who has asked to swap a shift that requires approval
I want to have a view of pending shift swap on my Schedule
So that I will be able to keep tracking my pending requests"

Add Daily Rotation to Fixed Rotation Feature
Fixed Rotations only allow you to rotate users through shifts on a weekly basis (i.e, one week, two weeks, three weeks). This idea would allow you to rotate users through shifts in a daily pattern (i.e, rotate users through shifts every day, every two days, every three days).
