  1. Currently, it's only possible to disable the access of analysts to their own reviews in the reviews tab and to disable their email notifications for reviews. However, analysts are still notified about their reviews via the bell icon on the top right. The analysts don't have access to those reviews, but they know about us doing them.

    What we need is to be able to review our analysts' evaluations without them receiving any kind of notification about it. We want to be able to do audits with investigation purposes that don't have an impact on the performance of the analysts.…

  2. We need to be able to evaluate agents, and hide only some evaluations from theor view (to be able to select which evaluations to make visible for agents and which not). Therefore, if they check their profile, they wont be able to see the evaluations that we don´t want to. For example: we want to do audits with investigation purpose, but we don´t want to give visibility to the agents so these audits wont have any impact on them.

  3. The Scheduled Evaluations feature is great, but currently does not allow for any difference in how it's used in an organization.

    Please allow Scheduled Evaluations to be set-up on a user basis, so one evaluator can schedule their own evaluations without affecting anyone elses workflow.

  4. Creating a workload on an analyst level provides tickets of the selected analyst on an agent level. Creating a workload for 2 or more analysts returns a list of agents (to know which analyst is being evaluated we need to open the evaluation window).
    What is being returned back is the correct number of cases that need to be checked (in this example, 10), but from the active workload, it is unclear which case belongs to which analyst. Cases selected only show agents who were evaluated in those cases (not relevant).

  5. Currently if we do have an update (new process, new carrier) we have two options how to edit the scorecard:
    - archive all existing ones make change in one and then clone it and publish it - as a followup we also need to map new scorecard in all of the performance campaigns
    - edit each site scorecard one by one (then we can skip archiving/cloning/publishing/performance campaign mapping parts)

  6. We are aiming to have one scorecard for all of the areas, when it comes to mistake same action might have one or several mistakes.
    The most efficient way on maintaining the scorecard would be to have an option to give e.g. the score to the question - 30 pts, and minus (never below 0) the points that are added next to the feedback options.
    With such set up we don't need to create many different questions that might not be relevant to all of the evaluations. This setup would also show the severity of the mistake, it's easier to…

  7. I use the review feature for Audit the Auditor. I would like for when a review starts from the evaluation, once the review has been submitted, even if the scorecard eval was edited, the original score does not change.

    Also, is it possible to add an export feature here?

  8. Currently, you can only select ''Fail Section'', ''Fail All,'' and ''Notify'' options as ''Actions'' if a rule is met in Scorecards. Adding ''Set N/A Answer'' would be a neat addition because some criteria makes others redundant in certain scorecards. This would be great for efficiency.

  12. We need to include some function/button where the analyst himself can request the system to generate an extra load, so that when he finishes the workload before the pre-established time, he can autonomously add an extra load for himself to work on it.

  14. I'm loving the new layout and ability to edit the list of the main Calibration page but it would be great if the edits made to the column size were saved so if we leave the page and come back the changes remain.

    Additionally, saving specific filters on any page (reports, workloads, calibrations ... etc) would be helpful.

    Can we also bring back the option to 'open in a new tab' when right clicking the view button on calibrations.

  15. In some cases we no longer need specific custom field or an option in it.
    as it has no affect to the scorecard scoring, it would be nice to have an option to archive whole CF or a selection of the CF if the information is outdated.
    now if we need to do such change we need to archive scorecard in all pages + launch a new one. It's rather time consuming task to perform for a minor change

  16. Monthly, the case reason data is necessary for reporting for the following reasons:

    (1) Determine which case reasons are Met and Not Met %.
    (2) Have visibility on the count and types of evaluated case reasons.
    (3) Know the specific areas for improvement by case reasons that our agents needed for a refresher/training, and coaching.

    **The custom field feature in Playvox does not generate the above-mentioned data report we needed. We are looking forward to the generation of this "feature" option so that we can eliminate manual tracking and report data seamlessly and quickly.

  17. When we review a conversation, we click the “General Info” tab, and then click “Conversation”, but the conversation goes back to the beginning and not where we left it.

    As a team, we believe it would be nice for the conversation to stay where we left it, just to avoid scrolling a bit more.

  19. When performing a quality evaluation in Playvox, an alphanumeric Interactions ID is generated in scorecards. This deviation from the uniformity of Salesforce Case Numbers complicates the process of identifying the corresponding case in Salesforce. The use of the Case Number as a distinct identifier, prominently featured in all quality evaluation scorecards, is suggested to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the process. Can we expect to have this change implemented quickly?

  20. Hi PlayVox Team,

    We want to request to have an additional column for the agent name under Calibrations. The addition of the filter will make it easier for team leaders and quality assurance personnel to identify which agents have already undergone calibration quickly.
