Increase the limit of slides size in learning module
Currently there is a 50mb limit on pdf/slides upload to the activities.
As the team is working with content moderation we must add good quality pictures in order to ensure that the agents are able to identify the item based on them. We would need to get this limit raised to at least 250mb
