  1. Currently we receive an error in OKTA once we try to deactivate the user who has assigned workload. The workload might be 100% complete, archived or from last year. In order to eliminate the error and allow user deactivation we need to go in and do the workload deletion one by one, it gets quite extensive as if the user have been working for a while they might have a lot of workloads assigned.

  2. It would be great to be able to upload a CSV file with changes to users in bulk, rather than doing individually, or via teams and doing a team upload.

    In previous quality systems we were able to download all the users details (as we can in Playvox) but them edit the file with the required changes and then reload this as an update file to bulk update all the required account, including deactivating accounts in bulk.

    At present managing the 1000s of users we have across our various sites is hugely time consuming and often means out user data…

  3. Deactivate Team Leaders via OKTA when they are assigned to a team without going into Playvox to deactivate/remove them from a team.
