  1. Currently we receive an error in OKTA once we try to deactivate the user who has assigned workload. The workload might be 100% complete, archived or from last year. In order to eliminate the error and allow user deactivation we need to go in and do the workload deletion one by one, it gets quite extensive as if the user have been working for a while they might have a lot of workloads assigned.

  2. If an automated workload is created to notify agents who have failed a particular section in their evaluations, it currently sends a generic default message to the agent. As a result, it becomes impossible to determine for which evaluation the notification was sent. This issue becomes more pronounced when an agent has multiple evaluations because the notification does not provide specific links or information regarding the relevant evaluation.

    To address this problem, it would be beneficial to enhance the notification by including the evaluation interaction ID. This addition would enable users to click on the notification and be directed straight…

  3. Ao acessar a página de Notificações, caso você tenha muitas, precisa abrir uma por uma, sempre precisando retornar para a página principal de Notificações.

    Se for possível utilizar a opção de abrir em uma nova guia (ou Ctrl+clique no link), você pode abrir todas as notificações de uma única vez e após isso, ir acessando as demais guias, tornando a produtividade muito melhor.

  4. Allow platforms that are sunset to be removed/archived from our drop-down. Currently we have over 65 active platforms but have to skip around the ones that are no longer active.

  5. It would be great to be able to upload a CSV file with changes to users in bulk, rather than doing individually, or via teams and doing a team upload.

    In previous quality systems we were able to download all the users details (as we can in Playvox) but them edit the file with the required changes and then reload this as an update file to bulk update all the required account, including deactivating accounts in bulk.

    At present managing the 1000s of users we have across our various sites is hugely time consuming and often means out user data…

  7. If a default role has been edited, it would be great if there was a tag or note next to the role to 1 )Indicate it was edited, 2) The changed settings to be highlighted in red or similar to see what is different.

  10. Option to clone roles between PlayVox instances. When a role is created or updated in one instances, there should be an option to clone this into another PlayVox instance. It takes a lot of time to create/update the same role when a company has several PlayVox instances (e.g. we currently have 24 instances and about 30-40 different roles that need to be added/updated in each instance manually).
