  3. Improve the filters to be able to easier select different teams and scorecards.
    Today you have to select them one by one.
    We should be able to select several boxes at a time, have a multiple select option.
    Actually having teams on different levels would be great.

  4. We'd like to have the option for an automated "Workload Status Report" email that can be sent out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. that would provide insights into the current period's workload activity to see things like total time spent evaluating so far per analyst, individual and overall completion rate, number of skips, average scores by team and scorecard, as well as any trends perhaps tracked by AI. We'd also like to have the ability to export all workload data/reports which currently doesn't seem to exist on the Quality>Workloads>Reports pages.

  5. We would love the ability to edit scorecards after publishing, specifically the feedback sections, to be re-enabled or even improved upon with more edit options so we don't have to clone and archive when we want to update our cards.

    This would improve our efficiency and clean up the DOMO reporting as well.

  6. After sending a workload that can't be edited, we would like to be able to mark employees if they're on vacation or sick so we can know the reason that the analyst didn't complete their workload, also for future reference as there is no data to prove why this employee hasn't been evaluated.

    include columns for start and end dates, as well as the reason for the absence.

  7. It would be very helpful if the admin and super admin role could see all drafted evaluations on the platform, not just the ones they started. Evaluations are tied to other parts of the platform, like scorecards, and having the ability to edit and delete other draft evaluations would be great!

  8. The new Analyst Report is great but we are missing Disputes per Analyst and also how many of those Disputes per analyst were accepted or rejected.
    This will give insight into accuracy of evaluations and can help with coaching of Analysts.

  9. Add the ability to substitute a manually located interaction ID into an existing workload. When workload generated interactions aren't within scoring parameters, the substituted interaction will count as an evaluation in that workload. This would make Workload Reporting display an accurate % of evaluations completed.

  10. Unlock the toolbar also for the comment fields at individual questions of the scorecard. The toolbar in the summary is really cool. The functions would also be handy in the individual comments to make them more organized. We give most of our feedback on question level and would therefore benefit a lot from the toolbar.

  11. We would like to be able to track the time to complete (similar to Evaluations), so that we can track QA productivity as well as compare original auditing time to evaluator review time.

  12. Currently, workloads that are scheduled to run daily will run everyday. We do not have the ability to restrict workloads from running on certain days. If, for example, all of our QAs are off on weekends, we want to be able for the workload to not run on Saturday or Sunday.

  13. To help pickup any agent missed as part of the evaluation process (if workloads are used or not) we really need a report that we can export that will list all agents that have not been evaluated within any given timeframe. At present we have to run several reports and copy and paste a list of names that have zero evaluations which is time consuming. You clearly have this data as its available for us to view in Playvox, it would be amazing to be able to export this data!

  14. Include the reassignment feature thats available for the "evaluate the agent" workloads and extend to "evaluate the analyst" so I'm able to reassign a new analyst to help with calibrations.

  15. Currently, when reviewing the outcomes of calibrations, they may result in score adjustments to the original evaluation and it is a manual action taken right now. If we could have a button as an option to replace the original evaluation score with the expert's updated feedback/scoring and have a banner that it was updated due to calibration #, that could potentially be more efficient. Ideally keeping the original evaluation timestamp/date/analyst associated with it.

  16. Right now it's not possible to audit the logs for all evaluations at the same time, there's no visibility. We have to access each individually, and it's not scalable for reporting.
    This could be fixed by implementing the possibility to export the logs, or at least view them, much like we export evaluations or view Audit logs for account creation.

  18. Even though the option in the user management for reviews says Manage reviews (create and update) , Reviews, currently cannot be updated after they have been submitted. We would like the option to update Reviews after they have been submitted as errors can happen and we want to be able to correct mistakes to have correct data and also make sure we provide correct feedback to evaluators.

  19. I love the new Reports section of Workloads, showing the completion percentages for my analysts. What I'd like to see there is an option to set completion percentage targets for assigned workloads; for example, those with 0-30% of their assigned evaluations are in red, those with 31-60% are in yellow, etc. It would allow for at-a-glance checks on how the analysts are doing and call attention to those who are behind.

  20. Currently finding that when we run a report on all of our signed evaluations, it includes agents that have been removed from the platform that are no longer with the team. We are hoping for a way to pull a list of unsigned evaluations and have it only be current active users.
