  1. I'd like a place where I can notate when system issues and outages occurred for forecasting purposes. I don't want this to be coded on an agent's schedule or for the agents to flip into this status in their actuals as this would remove them from phone availability. I currently can make notes in edit forecast and in historical pattern summary, but I would want this even for small incremental system issues where it wouldn't result in having to normalise the day or edit a forecast.   4. The ability to customize proficiency for each of the user's assigned business roles. Allowing the client to customize what each proficiency setting is or by using group averages.

    This could then be used when scheduling agents for workload to schedule less agents than req when the agents that are being scheduled are more proficient or by scheduling more agents than the FTE required when scheduling agents that have a lower proficiency.

  5. Just sending in a feedback and wishlist item for the system.

    Looking a the user profiles and how we support multiple languages in our workflow. We thought it would be nice to have a field that dictates the languages an advocate speaks/supports. Right now we use the Mobile Number field as it is a blank text field, but having another field to be dedicated to languages would be lovely. Maybe even have it to dictate a primary supporting language when they have multiple languages in their skill set.Thanks,

  7. Yes you have to sign in / click on the little app Icon for it to remind you of things, and it doesn't ping its silent. So I wonder could the devs add in those features... as a toggle option ( audio or not) , is there a reason why you need to click on the icon to remind it to notify you?

  11. Having the ability to keep normal forecast intact, when import manual forecast have it show as adjusted forecast, not override forecast volume. Currently it will override the forecast, not show as the adjusted.

    Client would like to have a better way to notify their agents that the widget has refreshed with an update to their schedule (current day).

    Since the agent doesn't have the widget tab up front of screen, could we have the tab containing the widget or widget area flash, highlight, something to draw attention to the agent that an update was made?

    We know that an agent schedule update takes 10 minutes to refresh on the widget once the roster is published, but the agent doesn't know when the WFM/Admin is making that update.

    This helps to solve that…

  17. Fixed Rotations only allow you to rotate users through shifts on a weekly basis (i.e, one week, two weeks, three weeks). This idea would allow you to rotate users through shifts in a daily pattern (i.e, rotate users through shifts every day, every two days, every three days).

  19. When reviewing the volume to normalise, the error % should always be compared to the forecast only. Currently, the error % floats to whatever the variance is. I have a screenshot listed in the example. However, if we are 10% above the forecast, it says 10% which is correct. Also though, if we are 10% below the forecast, we also say 10%. This should really say -10%, which you provide you with a truer variance compared to only the forecast, instead of just the general variance.
