    Hey!

    I'm excited to announce that this feature has been completed and released!

    If the "hide evaluated by" option is enabled within the Playvox settings, agents will not be able to see the evaluator's name or the name of the user who closed a dispute their dispute.


    Please let me know your thoughts on this new experience and if it aligns with your needs!

  2. I want to use my Team hierarchy from Intercom inside Playvox. Right now, we can't use these teams for Quality filters. I would also like those teams to be displayed under the General Info tab.
