  8. Separate permission for each Analysis Reporting view.

    There's currently a permission to "View Reports (All) Screen" - this is creating a few issues for customers as they need to limit certain information their BPOs can see.

    We added Views to Playvox WFM in 2021 to resolve the issue where users sometimes lost their favourites on reports due to cache clearing. They can now save filters on any page to a View, which will persist through cache clears.

  13. This option would save me a considerable amount of time, and would allow them to adjust KPIs and other information easily.

  15. When rosters are published, can we remove click here link to click into the site? Also, can we make it possible to update contact info at the bottom to potentially allow the me to add the business' email address, such as a workforce email, rather than Playvox's?

    Enable Restrictions Section has been added to Opt-In Hours to allow policy's to be restricted to hours a week or percetange of contract
