Automated Workflow for specific teams
We would like to have the option to implement an automated workflow for specific teams rather than scorecards. We are looking to assign karma points automatically if certain criteria are met but not every team from our organization uses the Karma Store as their reward program.

Web trends through each module
It would be beneficial to see how many times each user clicked and spent time in each module. This would allow us to see if:
- more frequent check of perfromance data increases overal performance
- if agents are spending enough time in coaching sessionsThis would help us to Excellerate performance, track trends and find the most optimal use of each module

Super admins the ability to update users and teams incorrectly assigned to completed evaluations
As new analysts get onboarded and are learning how to use Playvox, every so often they evaluate for the wrong user/team (putting their own name and team assigned to standalone evaluations vs the user/team they are evaluating for) and sometimes results in the wrong scorecards being used. Would love the ability as a super admin to update the user and team originally picked for a completed evaluation to correct this when it wrong vs currently submitting in a request to support team to manually update on the backend. May save some support effort having this ability to self-service.

Remember filter settings when going back to the page.
Do not reset the filters when revisiting the page. For example in Dispute Reports, when I review the dispute it opens in the same tab. When I go back to the previous page it resets the filter and have to redo them. This behavior is also inconsistent across the platform as some pages do remember filter settings.

Central To Do List
Would be great to have a spot for users to see across the different products what they had pending and needing to look at. For leads, something that showed their assigned disputes, upcoming coachings, recent evals for their teams, and any learnings they have assigned, unread notifications, etc. For agents, upcoming coachings, recent evals, currently assigned learnings, pending disputes, unread notifications, etc. It can be extremely challenging to manage the different items requiring attention across multiple products within Playvox,

Make sorting order of teams consistent
How Teams are sorted is inconsistent between pages. Evaluations page, Reports page, User settings page in User Management, and Teams settings all have different sorting order. Make it consistent in alphabetical order

Make saving/updating UX consistent
The saving/updating behavior is inconsistent across the platform. Some edits are saved automatically (ex. Scorecards) but some require me to click "Save" to make the changes (ex. Teams).
For filters, some places require us to click "Done" whereas in other places is not required.

Ability to distinguish users with same name
We have many users who share the same name but they cannot be distinguished throughout the platform. There should be a way to also view their usernames so we can select the appropriate users.

Single Sign on for all PV resources
It would be great if all PV sites (PV, Domo, Idea portal) can be accessed with a single login

Filter announcements by agent name
It would be helpful to be able to filter Announcements by agent, both in the Sent and the Inbox sections.
