Currently, we only have the option to like a post with a heart or leave a comment, but having the ability to use emojis would add more fun and expressiveness to our interactions.
It would be great if we could have the option to choose from a variety of emojis directly from the posting and commenting sections, instead of having to copy and paste them from another source.

Ability to catrogrise bulk Karma point allocation
When adding karma points via the new karma points button in the Manage Karma points screen, allow for a drop-down with custom options to be able to categorise the Karma points reason for allocation

Announcements, are not managed by the notification permissions
Announcements are not managed by the notification permissions, therefore they can't be disabled as of now.
Every user that is part of the BPO site can not disable notifications, thus receives the emails once any announcement is created, this creates spam as the BPO is re-sharing our provided information to the agents through playvox1 vote -

Karma Points assigned to specific evaluations
We would like to identify when karma points are given for a specific evaluation:
- Can we remove the Karma Points button from the evaluations after assignment so this can only be done once per evaluation?
- When downloading the data, can we have the Evaluation ID in which the points were assigned?1 vote -
Have the ability to make amendment to the badge recognition.
It was great to encourage social participation from the agent, but recognize that anyone could essentially spam on the recognition badge which no one could have admin access to. This will create a loophole and hope the team could look into.

It would be helpful to be able to filter Announcements by agent, both in the Sent and the Inbox sections.

Community Directory to show Team reference
I would love to see a quick add/change to the Directory in playvox under the Community tab to help outline team assignments. I'd like it if the directory would show all teams that a user is assigned to help non-admin users know if someone is reporting to the correct leader/team in our organization. The only way we are currently able to see this is if an admin user exports a list of users from the "User Management" tab and reviews the results in EXCEL. This could greatly reduce issues where an evaluation(scorecard) is bubbled up under the wrong team/leader and…

Manage how to make available the Karma Store
When building a store it would be great if there is a way to have it be unpublished before you are completed with it, or ready to release it. That way you can choose when your team can first view the store, and get all of your products in at once vs one at a time. If there could be a pause button that would also be great to adjust your store without having it be live at the same time. thank you!
