  4. When workloads are assigned to specific agents within a team, but not the entire team, it's difficult to figure out which agents don't have interactions available, but are supposed to.

    In the image of agent assignments, the first two 0/0 are on the team, but were never added to interaction assignments in the workload configuration. An agent who was added to assignments and should have 4/4 but has 0, will also show as 0/0. Adding a clear distinction of who is missing interactions will make it much easier to follow up.

  6. Currently we can see the completion of all workloads within Playvox, but only up until "Last quarter" - we want to track this data for a whole year if possible to evaluate the yearly performance of an analyst (did they complete all workloads in time, etc.).

    Currently this is only possible using API data, so an Export functionality would be a lot simpler to implement. Or maybe allow a custom date range for Workload filters.

  7. Evaluations assigned via workloads should be showed to Analysts in chronological order, with older first and newest last. If we do weekly evaluations, then the time gap between ticket resolution to evaluated can be up to 13 days.

    Ex.
    Ticket resolved on Aug 1st, 2022
    Ticket assigned to Analyst on Aug 8th, 2022 via workloads.
    Analyst evaluates ticket on Aug 14th, 2022.

  8. Allow the Interaction ID field to display as it is set in the filter. If you set to display the case number, it shows the case number on the workload interaction and not the interaction ID.

  10. Would be great to have the ability for Super Admin to update edit access on particular workloads to new admin(s) to access/edit vs creating brand new ones for select teams (and vs updating permissions so they can access all workloads for editing).
    OR ability for new admins assigned as team leaders to be able to access existing workloads tied to their team created by other/previous team leaders.

    There's quite a bit of transition at points throughout the year with admins/team leaders and having to create new workloads that new admins are able to edit for their team is pretty tedious.…

  11. If a workload is not completed before a new assignment is distributed, analysts are unable to work on the previous items that were assigned to them and can create a gap in work that QA needs to complete. This must manually be captured and completed outside of the workload.

    Would love to see the ability to complete the previous assignment and/or have the functionality to catch this and the future assignment to reflect what was missed. This will ensure that there are no gaps from a controls perspective

  12. It would be great if the color of the progress in the workload can be different in different statuses. So that we can easily identify completed workload from workloads in progress. I have attached an exemplary screenshot. When the workload is 100% the progress bar turns green.

  14. Creating a workload on an analyst level provides tickets of the selected analyst on an agent level. Creating a workload for 2 or more analysts returns a list of agents (to know which analyst is being evaluated we need to open the evaluation window).
    What is being returned back is the correct number of cases that need to be checked (in this example, 10), but from the active workload, it is unclear which case belongs to which analyst. Cases selected only show agents who were evaluated in those cases (not relevant).

  15. We need to include some function/button where the analyst himself can request the system to generate an extra load, so that when he finishes the workload before the pre-established time, he can autonomously add an extra load for himself to work on it.

Como prática do meu time, é realizada uma pequena revisão na avaliação após enviá-la, além de serem feitas anotações em um documento a parte referente aos pontos de melhoria e de atenção identificados nestas avaliações.   19. Workloads: they are inactivated as soon as the period for them to be completed ends but they still appear to the analyst as pending, however if we delete them so they no longer appear to the analyst, they also no longer appear in the workload reports.

  20. There is always an error message when editing the time. It needs to have an 6 hour time difference to make any changes to the time of releasing the workload, which is unnecessary.

    Flexibility to edit a workload after it has been started is desired.
