  1. Reminder email sent to manager / team leader who should be approving leave if there are outstanding requests for their team/group. (e.g. if there are leave requests awaiting approval for over 24hrs)

  2. Ability to have planned / unplanned leave send configurable emails to groups rather than just individual manager. E.g. would be good to be able to add emails to leave management emails. or the ability to designate more than one person as a manager.

  4. It would be a great for bussines needs feature if our agents could select the calendar they want to use when creating our leaves, as some of our agents work different timezones and the request matches their local timezone when reviewing/approving the leaves it makes it difficult.

  5. Ability to allow agents to cancel their own leave requests after they have already been approved. Currently this needs to be done by an admin. Canceling a leave request should generate a notification to the WFM/lead (FYI only).

  6. Within our organisation, the normal process to adhere to if an individual is to request a period of Annual Leave in excess of 2 weeks is that they need to get approval from an Ops Manager.

    However we have noticed a number of instances where individuals have requested AL above and beyond a 14day stretch which would then auto approve and plan it into roster without getting prior authorisation.

    As a feature request, could something be built which would automatically put any request above any given threshold into pending approval. This would allow us to carry out due diligence checks…

  7. I want to be able to enter leave on the Real Time screen as this is the easiest place to enter partial absent. Currently, you can edit Actual Events, allowing us to enter Rostered leave eliminates the need to move between screens for what should be a simple data entry.

  12. When Leave Request Search is filtered, allow filtered data to be exported to CSV rather than entire report.
    Frustrating taking the time to run and search only to have to filter again once exported.
    Actually, it would be good for every filtered option in Playvox.

  13. We would love for the Leave Calendar to update thresholds based on rolling windows. For example, I would like to have the threshold set as "1" for every day in a rolling 60-day period, but 0 for anything outside of that.

  18. Tie this into the leave summary and potentially provide comprehensive insights into:
    - reporting leave taken in relation to thresholds
    - trends surrounding leave thresholds
    - identification of calendars with approvals continuously exceeding threshold limits,
    - monitoring users approving leave beyond the defined thresholds.

  20. Introduce a field or functionality to allow users to establish and uphold limits on the quantity of agents (leave requests) permitted to surpass the defined leave thresholds. Presently, team leaders or managers possess the authority to override the leave thresholds by manually approving leave requests.

    Implementing a mechanism to regulate the count of leave requests that surpass a predefined threshold would be advantageous to customers who have a global workforce with multiple calendars.

    Additionally, integrate tie this feature in to permissions, ensuring that only designated users possess the ability to access and define this capability.
