  1. Changing the user/agent selected even after evaluation is saved/sent.
    We should be able to change the user/agent selected even after evaluation is saved/sent. We can currently change the date, time, link to the interaction, etc. BUT we still cannot change the selected user name for which we're making the evaluation. Please, make this field editable, so that we can correct and amend scorecards efficiently. Thanks.

  2. When setting permissions for scorecards it's not possible to allow someone to view and not edit. For certain roles ideally, it would be good to allow viewing but be unable to create or edit existing scorecards.

  3. On the MY TEAM ROSTER screen, have the ability to filter each table date column by selecting one or more values or from A to Z or Z to A or. This will help leaders to easily identify users with a particular shift or leave type for a specific day, especially when you manage big teams. Also having at the bottom of the table an automatic count of non blank cells for each column updated following the selected filter.

  4. We current have the possibility to mark a question as Delivered, Almost There or On it's Way.
    Almost There and On it's Way answers require feedback options to be selected so we can better understand why the agent did not achieve a Delivered score.
    However sometime we mark the lowest scoring option 'On it's Way' and select the relevant feedback options, but the agent also displayed some of the feedback options from the 'Almost Delivered' feedback reasons, but we are unable to select these. From a reporting and feedback to agent POV it would be great to be able to…

  6. We would like our agents to see the Effectiveness score or pass rate of their evaluations rather than the QA score as we work with COPC standards. Also in the reporting section and the Recommendations pass rate or Critical error rate would be more significant and helpful for our quality program.

  7. Having the option to add a section to the scorecard that can be hidden from the agent and does not affect the agent Quality score. Purpose of the section would be to collect business intelligence information from the interactions evaluated, like customer feedback about the product or service, procedures that make support difficult or increase customer effort. Together with CSAT surveys this will give extremely valuable insight into the business.

  8. Zocdoc is looking for that when the agent opens a dispute and it goes directly to the original evaluator, it can also flag someone else in the team, in this case a manager.

  9. We use feedback options as "tags" to create more reporting insights. Currently this option is only available if we go with a "Points" based question type. This can be setup with Points, but a slider or scale option has a nicer look and keeps the scorecard more condensed (it takes several seconds to scroll a scorecard with several points answers and feedback options).

  10. The ability to export Quality Agent Results. Go to Reports > Agent tab > View Reports > View Details. Currently, it's not possible to export this summary. We report on score per section per agent, and having the ability to export this would help with reporting needs.

  11. There is an inconsistency in the naming of fields in the Evaluator review reporting. Specifically, there is a discrepancy between the field names in the Playvox review tab and the header names in the Export report. For instance, the field called "Reviewer" in the Playvox report is referred to as "Analyst" in the export report. Another example is the field called "Analyst" in the Playvox report is named "Reviewed_by" in the export report. This lack of clarity can easily result in reporting mistakes.

  12. Upon submitting an evaluation review, there should be the capability to make edits to it. Currently, if an error is noticed after submitting the review, the only option is to delete it and resubmit a corrected version. However, this results in the original review having already been transmitted through our API call, and when the corrected review is resubmitted, as it has a new ID, this causes both the original and corrected reviews to be stored in our database, leading to inaccurate data.

    Additionally, there should be the ability for our evaluators to challenge evaluation reviews, similar to how agents…

  13. Currently, when exporting Evaluate the analyst reviews, there are very limited filter options. The biggest pain point is that there is no date range filter, so every export contains ALL completed reviews to date, which is far from ideal as it is not efficient and leads to additional manual work to isolate the required date range. I would like to recommend the addition of a date range filter and another filter for the Reviewer so that we can track and trend Reviewer productivity and scoring trends.

  15. The current view shows N/A as part of the calculation. Would be great to have a button to exclude 'Not applicable' if needed so that the % of occurrence would show only the % from when the question was applicable.

  16. The ability for an admin/super admin to bypass SAML rather than having to reach out to Playvox support. If there is an issue during SSO set up our internal IT team can't login to resolve it.

  17. Our security team requires we delete (or securely archive) old evaluation data. Deleting thousands of evaluations individually is not feasible.

    A process to bulk (securely archive) or delete evaluations is necessary for many organizations from a compliance perspective!

  20. If X specific custom field option is chosen in an evaluation, enroll in a course

    Example: If I create a custom field name "soft skills", I can create a rule to enroll agent at "soft skills" course when I selected that field on evaluation
