  1. When you submit an evaluation, you can easily start a calibration from this evaluation. It would be great to start a coaching session from a single evaluation also. This is crucial especially if key compliance breaches have been identified.

    There is a button to start a Coaching session in the Header of the Evaluation just below the agent image.

  2. I have a follow-up question regarding the way our phone recordings display within interactions. Is there a way for an analyst to be able to click into the recording within Playvox without having to click on a link to be taken to a different site?

    Our previous tool allowed us to be able to click "play" on a call recording from the QM tool without having to change between tabs. Attached is what the analyst sees when reviewing tickets to audit within a workload assignment.

  3. We should have the option to export Evaluator review data using APIs. We would need the APIs to allow us to access the data at a question level vs an overview level.

    Hello! This is already supported by our API. You can use the get-evaluations end point and add to the url the "type=review" to get those results.

  4. The client would want to have the chance to stop a workload form getting triggered the next time without all the advanced required to establish and end date
