  2. Create a feature where on demand events (coachings/trainings) can be scheduled around an event participant's schedule (ie. Leaders/Trainers).

  3. As we start to utilize Playvox, we would love to see the ability to lock a roster period so one cannot accidentally re-run the roster and lose all adjustments done to that period.

  4. Allow the ability to search the workplan(s) that an agent is in at the roster configuration page. It is possible that an agent can be on several workplans, so having this functionality will allow for efficiency on this page. Also, when a client has several workplans, it may not be obvious as to the workplans they are a part of. This can help with troubleshooting as to why an agent has the incorrect workload task on their schedule, etc.

  5. When you create a shift template and attach users, the client thinks that this is all that needs to be done to create a schedule. In fact, one big piece is left and it isn't intuitive that it needs to be done. We need to somehow notify clients once they create a shift template that they need to add it to the roster configuration that houses the agents tied to that shift template. Today, there isn't any link other than troubleshooting that is advised to them by their onboarding manager or consultant.

  6. Ability to filter out the '0' value when reviewing the coverage needed across a day or week. This will speed up efficiency for real time looking to see where help may be needed.

  7. While the roster has all the scheduling data, with a large team and many different tasks being scheduled, it can become difficult to consume that information. Adding different ways of consuming this information could help like:
    ● Who is on deck view, that shows who is currently available (or out-of-office), and being able to filter and group this by various fields.

  18. Currently in the manage roster screen, after moving an RDO on a particular week day this day is displayed at the wrong place in the templates allocation tab (see enclosed picture). To have a consistent display we need to save the roster and refresh the page. It will be helpful, as an enhancement, to correctly live refresh the Template allocation table without having to save and refresh the page.

  19. After running the "Schedule event" or "Optimise" processes, show a pop-up notification that it has finished.
    At this point there is no way of knowing whether the process is still running or not.

  20. We’d like to see the agent’s contract info – right now you can only see some of their Minimum fields, except for the Roster Warnings tab which shows everything. We need to see those Max fields, and those would be especially helpful to show up in the User Shifts, Daily Allocation, and User Availabilities sections. If the agent has no warnings for the week, their info does not appear, and we currently have to click back-and-forth between screens to ensure we’re not overscheduling reps
