Edit leave request already approved
We currently lack the ability to edit a leave, especially sick leaves, when the dates need to be changed. For example, adding more days to a sick leave or reducing vacation days due to business needs.
We have consulted the following articles and have found nothing:

Leave Management Limits
Can we add an option to have a % of active accounts as a limit for leave management instead of a specific number?

Re-trigger max leave future days notice once within threshold
Currently Leave approvals can set to require a min days notice and a max days.
Example: PTO must be requested at least 1 week in advance but no more than 90 days in advance.
When outside these thresholds requests must be manually reviewed which makes sense for the min days notice.
But for the maximum, if the request is made at day 100, the system should re-trigger 10 days later now that the request is within 90 days.1 voteHello,

Designate certain leave requests that cannot be auto-approved by leave thresholds
We are using Lack of Work as a leave type, which allows agents to request time off if there isn't enough work, allowing us to shed labor. Agents may request this several days in advance. As this is a need-based leave type, we'd like to NOT have the system auto-approve these based upon leave thresholds, but other types still could.

Allow agent's leave to appear in searches when filtering by their new Team/Manager
Currently if an agent moves into a new group/team with previously booked leave, when you then filter the leave request search for their new team, the leave does not appear. It does show if you filter by that individual agent only.
I understand the concept that it was booked under a different team and therefore linked to their previous team/manager but for their new manager looking at their whole team's leave, this agent's previously booked leave will be missing. This is also the case for the Who's Away widget on the homepage.

Save Filters on Leave Request Search
Ability to save the filter settings in a leave request search when using the back function

Time Off Minimum Limit
Currently, 30 minutes is the minimum limit for PTO requests that Playvox can approve. With the Workday integration, we need to be able to submit a for the time needed so our people can get paid properly. If it would be possible to remove the limit so our reporting and their time cards can be accurate

Limit the amount of leave a user can request
It would be great if we could set a specific numbers of hours that an employee is allowed to request for leave. For example, we give our employees 120 hours per year of paid leave. It would be great if the system could track how many hours the employee has remaining and if they attempt to submit a request that goes beyond their allotted limit, it would automatically deny the request.

Access for Team Leads to submit shift swap requests
Currently only agents have the ability to request shift swaps and admins have ability to approve it. Can we have Team Leads request leave on behalf of the agents?

Reminder Emails to Team Managers - Leave Requiring Approval
Reminder email sent to manager / team leader who should be approving leave if there are outstanding requests for their team/group. (e.g. if there are leave requests awaiting approval for over 24hrs)

Email Notifications: Planned and Unplanned Leave Emailed to a Group
Ability to have planned / unplanned leave send configurable emails to groups rather than just individual manager. E.g. would be good to be able to add emails to leave management emails. or the ability to designate more than one person as a manager.

1/2 Day PTO Requests
Have the ability to indicate 1st half or 2nd half PTO requests without having to figure out each user's availability to identify specific timeframes.

Partial Day Annual Leave to deduct correct AL hours
We've recently noticed an anomaly that when an employee submits a request for partial day annual leave that covers their shift from rostered start time to rostered end time it won't recognise that any unpaid break (lunch etc) needs deducting from. Example being an FTE is 7.5hrs and this would be the AL deduction for an all day AL submission, but if an employee were to submit a request as partial day for this particular day then it'll deduct 8.5hrs (shift + 1hr unpaid lunch).

Ability for agent to cancel an approved leave
Ability to allow agents to cancel their own leave requests after they have already been approved. Currently this needs to be done by an admin. Canceling a leave request should generate a notification to the WFM/lead (FYI only).
2 votesWe need to conduct more research in this area as there are mixed views from customers. Some believe that allowing agents to cancel leave is beneficial, while others are against it due to company leave policies and its impact on business operations.

Leave request - option to match team or local calendar
It would be a great for bussines needs feature if our agents could select the calendar they want to use when creating our leaves, as some of our agents work different timezones and the request matches their local timezone when reviewing/approving the leaves it makes it difficult.

Leave management overall calendar
It will be helpful to have an overall view of the leave requested by a team to add in the leave management calendar also the submitted leaves. To highlight the difference with the approved leaves, the background color of the submitted leaves could be transparent and the name text and the border color could use the color of the leave task.

Ability to edit/delete leaves from Manage Roster which is then reflected properly in Leave History (and connectors)
