  1. Given that actually we can only setup one user as Team Manager and all leave and shift swap email notifications are concerned it will be great to introduce these improvements:

    • Have the ability to setup multiple users as Team Manager (e.g. 2 leaders managing the same team)

    • Have the ability to associate leave notifications to a Manager only if a specific leave type code is selected (e.g. Manager A will receive notifications only if leave type codes AA,BB,CC are included in the request) or to choose which type of notifications will be received (e.g. Manager B will only receive shift…

  2. We are able to export the intraday volume graph, the daily historical volume pattern graph, and the intraday historical volume pattern as .csv or .xls. However, the last graph for AFAHT, you cannot export as .csv or .xls. Could we make it possible to do so? Reason being twofold; the other three graphs are exportable, and then this is the only place AFAHT is all encompassing by day and interval.

  4. When agents are picking up the additional hours in the Playvox site (or app....feature request), they see more than the selected workload task in the dropdown. Can we set this so that the agent can only see the workload task selected for additional hours, instead of all of the tasks?

  5. Currently, to re-run the forecast after a change is made you have to click Edit > Set Last Run Timestamp, then save workstream configuration, then fully leave the Forecast section and come back after 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there was a straightforward way to re-run it.

  6. Send the email notification about a schedule change being published by modeling it after the Manage Roster --> View Changelog.

    This view shows the before and after of the agent schedule, and would be great to have this displayed in the agent email notification.

  7. Have check box to allow admin to check box to make comment visible to agents to see. Some may be more of internal comments for mgmt in the case of certain leave types

  8. Allows us to be able to smooth out a forecast by being able to adjust/normalize anomalies at the interval level by AHT. Big win for forecasting, as you would avoid forecasting spikes at certain intervals to data load, etc.

  9. Leader ability to open, review, and update leave and shift swaps requests directly from Dashboard>Activity Stream section. Agent's ability to cancel approved leave and accept shift swap's directly from Activity Stream section of Dashboard. WFM/Leader ability to open roster directly from Dashboard > My Rosters section.

  10. Yes you have to sign in / click on the little app Icon for it to remind you of things, and it doesn't ping its silent. So I wonder could the devs add in those features... as a toggle option ( audio or not) , is there a reason why you need to click on the icon to remind it to notify you?

  11. Having the ability to keep normal forecast intact, when import manual forecast have it show as adjusted forecast, not override forecast volume. Currently it will override the forecast, not show as the adjusted.

    Client would like to have a better way to notify their agents that the widget has refreshed with an update to their schedule (current day).

    Since the agent doesn't have the widget tab up front of screen, could we have the tab containing the widget or widget area flash, highlight, something to draw attention to the agent that an update was made?

    We know that an agent schedule update takes 10 minutes to refresh on the widget once the roster is published, but the agent doesn't know when the WFM/Admin is making that update.

    This helps to solve that…

  13. Important to see occupancy by interval at the workstream level. Good place for this to land is Daily Performance Report.

    Reason for request is to capture regional switchover of workload, and this will identify problem areas.

  14. It would be nice to be able to adjust the forecast volume using scenarios on reports like Performance Summary, Workstream Analysis (including the comparison view) and Daily Performance Report, so I can understand what the actual data looks like compared to certain scenarios.

  18. It would be great to have visibility of who adds / updates / deletes adherence exceptions on user shifts, as exceptions contribute to a user's adherence score.
