Publish approved leave requests to external (google calendar)

When leave requests are approved, allow them to be published to an external google calendar, so that non-Playvox users can view who is on leave

    The approved leave requests sync as a Free event on Google calendar. They should sync as Busy to prevent other things being booked over them. Syncing as Free does not help us at all.

    Currently they do sync as an event, but just as a "busy" event, not that it's approved time off or which type. If it synced as time off, this would eliminate the step of agents needing to manually add time off onto their Google calendar.
