Reviews Scorecards: Add tool tip ("?") functionality
Tool tip functionality in the Scorecard: this can be set up in other Scorecards, but the tooltip icon (“?”) doesn’t appear in the Review scorecard.

As per [Playvox Support], Ticket #12485, I would like to request new functionality for the review scorecards. There appears to be the option to set up a tooltip '?' when creating a Review scorecard, similar to the tooltip functionality for normal evaluation scorecards by the tooltip '?' doesn't appear to be in the UI design for review scorecards and I would like to request this be added as there is no other way to provide additional guidance to the user as they complete the review.
