  2. When Leave Request Search is filtered, allow filtered data to be exported to CSV rather than entire report.
    Frustrating taking the time to run and search only to have to filter again once exported.
    Actually, it would be good for every filtered option in Playvox.

  5. The ability to restrict usage or visibility of specific leave tasks by role. The "add time off button" allows anyone with this permission the ability to enter 'all leave tasks' and specific leave tasks cannot be restricted by system or business role. For instance, if team leaders can only enter a certain type of request to be approved (ie. Absent) and not PTO and other requests that should go through WFM or another Admin for decisioning. The current ability to restrict tasks by business role doesn't appear to impact the admin features (Add Time Off Button).

  8. Currently, 30 minutes is the minimum limit for PTO requests that Playvox can approve. With the Workday integration, we need to be able to submit a for the time needed so our people can get paid properly. If it would be possible to remove the limit so our reporting and their time cards can be accurate

We've recently noticed an anomaly that when an employee submits a request for partial day annual leave that covers their shift from rostered start time to rostered end time it won't recognise that any unpaid break (lunch etc) needs deducting from. Example being an FTE is 7.5hrs and this would be the AL deduction for an all day AL submission, but if an employee were to submit a request as partial day for this particular day then it'll deduct 8.5hrs (shift + 1hr unpaid lunch).

  11. It will be helpful to have an overall view of the leave requested by a team to add in the leave management calendar also the submitted leaves. To highlight the difference with the approved leaves, the background color of the submitted leaves could be transparent and the name text and the border color could use the color of the leave task.

  13. Ability to enter Add On Hours and also enter Leave in the Widget versus signing into the Playvox page. Majority of our users do no log into Playvox page regularly and adding these options to the widget would be beneficial from a User Experience.

  14. Within our organisation, the normal process to adhere to if an individual is to request a period of Annual Leave in excess of 2 weeks is that they need to get approval from an Ops Manager.

    However we have noticed a number of instances where individuals have requested AL above and beyond a 14day stretch which would then auto approve and plan it into roster without getting prior authorisation.

    As a feature request, could something be built which would automatically put any request above any given threshold into pending approval. This would allow us to carry out due diligence checks…

  15. Ability to allow agents to cancel their own leave requests after they have already been approved. Currently this needs to be done by an admin. Canceling a leave request should generate a notification to the WFM/lead (FYI only).

  19. We would love for the Leave Calendar to update thresholds based on rolling windows. For example, I would like to have the threshold set as "1" for every day in a rolling 60-day period, but 0 for anything outside of that.
