WFM Mobile App - For Leave and Schedule Requests
Having a mobile app for Playvox WFM will put us in line with client needs. This app would be helpful to view schedules, but more importantly to request leave and make schedule requests. The site is accessible via mobile devices, but this would give us an edge. Feedback from one of my clients.

Alert me if there are active user profiles that are not configured properly
User profiles with issues can cause issues with scheduling and leave.
I'd like to have a report or at least an alert that tells me if there are active user profile's with configuration issues (i.e, availabilities don't match contract hours, there's no shift templates or shift templates don't match availabilities) so that I can fix them before there's an issue.

Add bulk actions to User Management such as bulk adding & removing tags / templates to Users
Can we have the ability to perform multiple bulk actions against a user? Key bulk actions would be:
Bulk adding tags
Bulk adding user templates
Bulk removing user templates

User Profile: Timezone by City Not Country When Typing
When we are in the user profile and 'User Details' section and would like to change the timezone, typing in a few letters brings you to the country first, instead of the city.
Example: Type in MAN should take you to Asia/Manila; instead, it takes you to MET, basically the country name. We need it to read the city name.
On the video, I type 'chi' and it pulls up Chile, instead of Chicago. Not sure when this changed, but it always pulled up the city, not the country.

WFM Playvox/Agyletime in Brazilian Portuguese
As an adm user of this platform, I would like to propose the addition of language options, specifically for Portuguese and/or Brazilian Portuguese. While the administrators and stakeholders may not face difficulties due to language barriers, a significant portion of our user base consists of consultants/agents or leaders who rely on Google Translate to navigate the platform.
Unfortunately, this often leads to inconsistent and inaccurate translations, which can result in misunderstandings and hinder their overall experience.

Temporary User Profiles for Testing
It would be very helpful to have an option to create test accounts that are not associated with a Company email within the Platform. As an example, our company would like to start utilizing Opt-In Hours, but we have over 29 different shift start and end times, so we would like to test out our options before launching company-wide. With test accounts, we would be able to publish a roster with just the test accounts so we can experiment with how this process would look for our business.

Bulk User Imports - Scheduling User Profile Changes
We'd like to be able to schedule changes in bulk by either having the option to schedule a import to "go live" on a certain date OR being able to make a changes to a group of users are the same time and schedule that change to go into effect on a certain date.
This would help us ensure that things like group/team changes, schedules, availabilities, shift templates, roles, etc are done prepped for the change date without having to schedule each agent individually for that change.2 votesHi. Add custom fields to user profiles
The user list is limited in how it can be filtered or what metadata can be added to users. We are now using Tags to capture additional information, however this can quickly become messy.

Workstream Grouping to make filtering in reports easier.
Ability to create own channels in workstream setup only to help with filtering for reports. Use case, I have multiple phone workstreams, however only am concerned with four of the eight workstreams for reporting.

Allow End Users to change timezone in My Schedule screen and Zendesk App
We have End Users in multiple timezones.
To keep leave / schedules in alignment we sometimes use a particular timezone not aligned with their local.
It would nice for our users to have the ability to check their schedule / leave in different timezones

Bulk add Adherence exceptions to Out of Adherence blocks for a user
It would be really helpful to be able to update multiple out of adherence blocks for a user / shift at once. Sometimes our users are switched to different queues or attend meetings / trainings and the exception I would add is the same for all blocks on a shift. But I can only add one at a time. It would be a lot less time-consuming if I could do it all together!

Need start day of week config to apply to the entire system
The help center states this globally updates across the whole platform, but that isn't actually the case. After contacting Support (Ticket #32414) they told us the feature wasn't intended to perform that way, and the setting only applies to the Roster. We need this is update everything. It's very confusing having different calendar formats scattered everywhere

Ability to save a default "Work Summary Preference" view for all users
At the moment all users have to independently adjust their "Work Summary Preferences" in order to view certain things like "Activities" or edit durations for "Out of Adherence" times at the top summary section. Then as soon as the user clears cookies/cache, these settings revert back to default.
It would be valuable to have the ability for Admins set a default settings/preferences in the work summary for all users that will not disappear if cache/cookies are cleared. We can still keep the option for users select their own view if they wanted to.

Support "+" symbol for password reset
It would be quite useful for the option "reset password" to support the character "+" as many emails usually have this symbol in their names.
For example: juan.ramirez+1@email.comWhen this user tries to reset the password and receives the link to reset, the character + in the email should keep like this: juan.ramirez+1@email.com

Calendar CSV upload
We would like the ability to upload a CSV document for each Calendar Leave configuration. This would allow us to update leave allotments much more quickly and also also us to zero out all of the holidays.
