  1. Could we add a bigger button to sign the evaluations? We have many agents complaining that they can't find the signature option when looking at their scorecard. The little check box is not obvious enough for them.

  2. We currently have 2 questions that zero the scorecard, but agents are finding this very demotivating and the 0% score overrides all the good they have achieved in the other 10 questions.

    Would it be possible to present the score in the notification email, and within Playvox, broken down into 2 parts?
    e.g.
    Your quality score (Q1-10) is 80%
    Your compliance score is 0%
    Your overall score is 0%

    Your quality score (Q1-10) is 95%
    Your compliance score is N/a
    Your overall score is 95%

  5. A few of my analysts and myself have come across the issue of hyperlinks not showing up when evaluating. Portions of the interaction that are hyperlinked look like plain, regular text while evaluating and appears as though there aren't any when there are.
    This has caused unintentional mark offs for agents for not including a link to resources when there was in the Salesforce case. This has only become a recent issue. If possible, can we have the hyperlinks included (again) when evaluating? It does appear to show in the interaction itself before clicking to start evaluation but not during…

  6. Changing the user/agent selected even after evaluation is saved/sent.
    We should be able to change the user/agent selected even after evaluation is saved/sent. We can currently change the date, time, link to the interaction, etc. BUT we still cannot change the selected user name for which we're making the evaluation. Please, make this field editable, so that we can correct and amend scorecards efficiently. Thanks.

  7. While having the ability to review the evaluations of QA specialists is super helpful, it would be especially beneficial to have the ability to save reviews as drafts before sending them!

  9. We need to be able to evaluate agents, and hide only some evaluations from theor view (to be able to select which evaluations to make visible for agents and which not). Therefore, if they check their profile, they wont be able to see the evaluations that we don´t want to. For example: we want to do audits with investigation purpose, but we don´t want to give visibility to the agents so these audits wont have any impact on them.

  10. After sending a workload that can't be edited, we would like to be able to mark employees if they're on vacation or sick so we can know the reason that the analyst didn't complete their workload, also for future reference as there is no data to prove why this employee hasn't been evaluated.

    include columns for start and end dates, as well as the reason for the absence.

  11. It would be very helpful if the admin and super admin role could see all drafted evaluations on the platform, not just the ones they started. Evaluations are tied to other parts of the platform, like scorecards, and having the ability to edit and delete other draft evaluations would be great!

  12. Upon submitting an evaluation review, there should be the capability to make edits to it. Currently, if an error is noticed after submitting the review, the only option is to delete it and resubmit a corrected version. However, this results in the original review having already been transmitted through our API call, and when the corrected review is resubmitted, as it has a new ID, this causes both the original and corrected reviews to be stored in our database, leading to inaccurate data.

    Additionally, there should be the ability for our evaluators to challenge evaluation reviews, similar to how agents…

  14. To help pickup any agent missed as part of the evaluation process (if workloads are used or not) we really need a report that we can export that will list all agents that have not been evaluated within any given timeframe. At present we have to run several reports and copy and paste a list of names that have zero evaluations which is time consuming. You clearly have this data as its available for us to view in Playvox, it would be amazing to be able to export this data!

  15. Right now it's not possible to audit the logs for all evaluations at the same time, there's no visibility. We have to access each individually, and it's not scalable for reporting.
    This could be fixed by implementing the possibility to export the logs, or at least view them, much like we export evaluations or view Audit logs for account creation.

  17. Even though the option in the user management for reviews says Manage reviews (create and update) , Reviews, currently cannot be updated after they have been submitted. We would like the option to update Reviews after they have been submitted as errors can happen and we want to be able to correct mistakes to have correct data and also make sure we provide correct feedback to evaluators.

  18. It would be great to have additional scoring metrics within Playvox when evaluating a ticket such as pass rates, numerical scores (0-10), binary scoring options, and star options (0-5 stars).

  20. Would love to see the ability to adjust evaluation data so that if a monitor is submitted against the wrong team, the results can be fixed. I'd prefer that evaluations(at least in the team sense) are dynamic instead of static.

    EXAMPLE - If I submit against Team B and meant to evaluate Team A, I want to be able to adjust the evaluation to show up against Team A retroactively without having to delete, submit again, and scrub the inital results from our data lake. This ensures that all of our front-end reporting matches results outside of Playvox and that…
