  1. In addition to the current notifications via Slack, customers would like to be able to have agents select or change their status within Slack. This would be especially useful for agents working on back office activities, or in the case of Intercom, agents not working in an Inbox.

    Perhaps similar functionality to existing dropdowns in Slack - see attachment for Slackbot example.

  3. As I report on total shrinkage and work towards a budget of 17.5% per day, is it possible to have a table that shows total shrinkage ( total leave and shrinkage combined) and allow you to add a target to bench against ?

  7. When creating scenarios, the metrics listed next to workstreams (to set targets for ticket workstreams) are named differently on the workstream analysis and details reports.

    Rename to be consistent:
    Wait/TFR = Time to First Response
    First Solved Time= First Solved Handle Time
    First Answer Effort = First Answer Handle Time
    Solve Effort= Total Handle Time

  9. I'm adding a task to someone's schedule as we need them to do another activity and I've added this before I think but this is a good use case.

    I want to add the task from the work summary but because I cannot edit rostered events from here I need to go into the manage schedule.

    We action a large number of intraday changes and to do this in advance from this screen would be a huge time saver. Is this possible in future releases?

  10. Can we have a headcount dashboard, filterable by date, role, tag. Maybe end date / start date, etc, so I can track my active users (headcount) and the changes occurring within them.

  11. At the moment when configuring special days for a workstream / forecast, I have to go to the same Calendars where I manage leave. This is confusing. It would be great to have business hours and special days moved to the Forecasting Configuration as it's a lot more relevant.

  15. Allow all available business performance metrics to be configured to display on the user performance metrics dashboard.

    The list of business performance metrics available in th groups configuration should be the same list that is available in workstream metrics (workstream analysis). Once selected this should be reflected correctly in the User Dashboard 'How are we doing Today' section.

  16. When I am setting up multi-week availabilities for my users, I can enter the date which I want their rotation to begin in a field but it's hard to see this date reflected on the availbility preview calendar. Is there a way to make this clearer?
