  2. Important to see occupancy by interval at the workstream level. Good place for this to land is Daily Performance Report.

    Reason for request is to capture regional switchover of workload, and this will identify problem areas.

  3. It would be nice to be able to adjust the forecast volume using scenarios on reports like Performance Summary, Workstream Analysis (including the comparison view) and Daily Performance Report, so I can understand what the actual data looks like compared to certain scenarios.

  4. Allow the ability to see # of calls in queue, average wait time, longest wait time etc. Same as channel, but real time at the workstream level.

  8. At the moment when configuring special days for a workstream / forecast, I have to go to the same Calendars where I manage leave. This is confusing. It would be great to have business hours and special days moved to the Forecasting Configuration as it's a lot more relevant.

  11. It would be great to have visibility of who adds / updates / deletes adherence exceptions on user shifts, as exceptions contribute to a user's adherence score.

  13. Allow optimisation to include additional options for:
    1. to take into account current daily volumes and reallocate people to synchronous channels where required
    2. Lock Specific Tasks from Optimization
    3. Optimize workloads in shifts that have already started (intraday optimization)
    4. Specify specific tasks to include / exclude from optimization
    5. Specify a date range to consider when reoptimizing
    6. Optimise by workplan, group, team or a specific workload

  14. It would be very helpful to have an option to create test accounts that are not associated with a Company email within the Platform. As an example, our company would like to start utilizing Opt-In Hours, but we have over 29 different shift start and end times, so we would like to test out our options before launching company-wide. With test accounts, we would be able to publish a roster with just the test accounts so we can experiment with how this process would look for our business.

  15. change UI to show days where team member is not available or has less than full day availability to display in grey (or similar). This would significantly assist when making manual changes.

  17. Ability to have planned / unplanned leave send configurable emails to groups rather than just individual manager. E.g. would be good to be able to add emails to leave management emails. or the ability to designate more than one person as a manager.

  19. Currently a user receiving a shift swap request cannot refuse it. If he doesn't respond proposing a date, the request continues to appear in the “Your shift swap offers” tab. Only the requester or the management can cancel the request.

    It would be helpful to add a button permitting the user receiving the request to refuse it.

  20. The ability to have notifications sent to manager when agents opt in to tasks from the Opt In hours feature. We don't need this for every Opt In policy but would be nice to have the ability to info or request approval for certain instances.
