Historical Pattern Summary - Ability to select day of week when looking at multiple weeks
When I'm looking at multiple weeks at a time I'd like to be able to filter down to day of week. For example if I'm analyzing the last four weeks but only want to see the last four Mondays side by side. A day of week filter option would allow me to do this.

Skipped Interactions | Ticket ID with Agent who skipped.
We can already know how many interactions where skipped by which agent.
But we want to know more details.
We would like to know how many interactions skipped 'x' agent, and when we click on the number we can see which interactions did playvox capture and at what time.
This would help to coach the agents.

We want to know if AgyleTime has the functionality to automate/schedule reports. For example, if I want a specific report to be scheduled, it is sent out by email at specified times to my colleagues and I.Could you please confirm whether this functionality is available or not?

Schedule Task Analysis Report Export
Schedule Task Analysis - When you export the bar graph for adherence percentages, dates where agents did not have any actuals are showing as 100%. These should be left out of the report.

Capacity Planner - Ability to create a plan for more than 1 year
Have the ability to create a capacity plan for more than one year, E.g for FY24 (from October 23 to September 24).
Today we need to do that manually as we can create a plan only for the next 12 months.

roster lock feature
As we start to utilize Playvox, we would love to see the ability to lock a roster period so one cannot accidentally re-run the roster and lose all adjustments done to that period.

Working filters for exporting to CSV files
When Leave Request Search is filtered, allow filtered data to be exported to CSV rather than entire report.
Frustrating taking the time to run and search only to have to filter again once exported.

Realtime Performance Summary - Gladly Connector Link to ID
Client requesting the ability to add the link to the ID that is similar to our setup with Zendesk in the Performance Summary. However, in this case it would be for the Gladly connector, having a link to the interaction they are working on.

Roster Configuration - Agent search
Allow the ability to search the workplan(s) that an agent is in at the roster configuration page. It is possible that an agent can be on several workplans, so having this functionality will allow for efficiency on this page. Also, when a client has several workplans, it may not be obvious as to the workplans they are a part of. This can help with troubleshooting as to why an agent has the incorrect workload task on their schedule, etc.

New Shift Template - Make It Obvious Need to Add to the Roster Configuration
When you create a shift template and attach users, the client thinks that this is all that needs to be done to create a schedule. In fact, one big piece is left and it isn't intuitive that it needs to be done. We need to somehow notify clients once they create a shift template that they need to add it to the roster configuration that houses the agents tied to that shift template. Today, there isn't any link other than troubleshooting that is advised to them by their onboarding manager or consultant.

Ability to automatically auto size the "Requester" column in the "Shift Swap Requests" screen in order to see the full requester name by default.

Track Time to Subsequent Reply Metric
I need to be able to track reply time for subsequent responses, and not just first reply.
For each workstream, and at an aggregate level I would like to be able to see:
Average Time to First Reply
Average Time to Subsequent Reply
Average Time to reply (average response time regardless of first or subsequent response)This information should be available in Workstream Details, Workstream Summary, and Daily Performance Report.

Add a way to easily identify additional hours shifts and whether an agent worked the shift
I would to be able to easily identify additional hours shifts that an agent has booked on Work Summary, and see if an agent was logged into / working at that time. This could be as simple as a filter to help me narrow down what shifts I am looking at in the timeline.

Ability to filter out the '0' value when reviewing the coverage needed across a day or week. This will speed up efficiency for real time looking to see where help may be needed.

Workstream Grouping to make filtering in reports easier.
Ability to create own channels in workstream setup only to help with filtering for reports. Use case, I have multiple phone workstreams, however only am concerned with four of the eight workstreams for reporting.

Leader Dashboard - Ability to select certain time off types to view who is away
A client has a holiday coming up that they scheduled for everyone, however on the leader dashboard, it shows 'Rest of the Week', which is 287 people. The client is requesting that they can select the leave task types that this view on the dashboard would include. In this case, 'Holiday' is the leave task that shows on the dashboard. Could we make it customizable to the client and have them choose what types could be excluded?

Leave Reporting
Ability to have leave reporting for an agent roll to the current team, not only to the team that historically existed, but is no longer existing. Currently, the client has to select both teams when running leave for an agent that was previously on another team.
